Product & Sizing

What are your products made from?

Please see each individual product page, to confirm fabric, features and fit information, specific to each product.

Our Mojotee mainly uses 100% premium cotton and undergoes finishing processes such as pre-shrinking and singeing treatment.

We use a very unique process on our fabrics to create higher quality fabrics than most brands. You'll find that this gives our tshirts the quality they need to retain their quality after wear and washing, allowing them to stand the test of time and still fit and feel good.

Do you have any vegan items?

No animal products are used in our clothing.

Are your items recyclable?

Our t-shirts are made from 100% natural cotton, so of course they are recyclable.

What if I'm not sure what size I need?

Sizing can vary between different brands, so even if you know your size in another brand we recommend that you refer to the specific Mojotee sizing guidelines provided for the perfect fit.

What if I'm in between sizes?

If you are looking for a tighter fit we recommend sizing down.
If you prefer a looser fit we recommend sizing up.

Orders

Which payment types do you accept?

Currently, Mojotee accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments.
You will see these payment options available to you during checkout.

What's my order status?

You can look up your order details and status using the "Track My Order" page. Here, you can add the order number and the email address used to place the order.

 Please make sure there are no additional spaces in the fields submitted. If you have trouble looking up your order, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact Us page!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We know mistakes happen. We use an automated fulfillment process, which allows us to pack and ship orders extremely quickly. Unfortunately, this does limit us on the amount of time we have to make edits to order.

In addition, all graphic tees are made to order, that is, they are printed specifically for you, so once printing starts, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Therefore, we are SUPER limited on making order changes, however, if you need to make changes to your order after it's been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Keep in mind once your order ships, we're unable to make changes. Check out our Return and Exchange Policy for more info, or reach out with questions.

What if something I ordered is defective?

If something you received is defective please email our support team (support@mojotee.com) with a picture of the damaged item.

Your experience is important to us and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return/exchange policy?

Returns can be done for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date, with the exception of "Final Sale" items. 
  ▪︎ Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  ▪︎ Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order.
  ▪︎ If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.

Can I return a sale item?

Except for "Final Sale" items, other eligible sale items are returnable and exchangeable.

If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?

Once your return is received, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.

If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?

  ▪︎ After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store discounts is immediate.
  ▪︎ If you are a VIP customer, the refund is executed immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
  ▪︎ If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mojotee.com.

Please note that the original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable.

I have not received my refund?

Canceled Orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.

 Credit Card Refunds
 Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.

PayPal Refunds
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

For US orders we have a 3-9 days shipping time depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window in checkout for your order.

International shipping may vary based on local fulfillment. An estimated delivery will show in checkout for your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently only offer international shipping to these countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands. We look forward to offering world-wide shipping options soon.

How do I track my order?

After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to track the order. You can also click the "Track My Order" button on our website and enter your order number and email to track the order anytime.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 1-3 business days.

My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us, so we may sort it out with the carrier.

What are Duties/Taxes when I purchase from Mojotee?

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. But we will do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

 It is uncommon for small package orders to be charged customs fees, except in countries with very low or no tax exemption thresholds. So in most countries, you don't pay tax on these small packages.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my items?

Following these care instructions will help your Mojotee items continue looking great after many washes.

- Wash clothes inside out Machine
- Wash on cold setting
- Wash lights, darks and whites separately
- No bleach
- Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low temperature in dryer.

Please note, shrinking may occur if being dried in the dryer. Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with repeated washings.

Why does my shirt smell strange?

The printing process involves preparing the shirt with a setting spray - this helps the design take to the shirt and makes for a long-lasting print. The spray does have an odor and if the shirt is packaged soon after printing, the smell can linger a bit.

 Not to worry! The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold and dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor.

What are your Customer Service hours and how do I get in touch?

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hong Kong Standard Time UCT+8).

Whenever you need help we are here to assist you or can chat via website during the above hours. If you need us outside of business hours, please send us an email - we will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Our team is more than happy to help you out!

Why isn't anyone replying to my email?

Your opinion matters! So we attach great importance to your feedback, and usually, after we receive your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you have not received our reply for more than one working day, it is most likely because our reply email has entered your spam box.

Why can't I reach a live person by phone?

Currently, we offer support via e-mail, live chat, Instagram, and Facebook. All our support channels are manned by real human beings who are more than happy to help you with whatever questions or concerns you have! We have transitioned away from phone support to provide the best and most efficient service we can for our customers.
